APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after making a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been dismissed, the adopted decision is not agreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested person may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if no response has been received.
